The Scottish Parliament approved at Order in April 2019 that brings RSL’s under the scope of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and also Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs).
This means that MHA becomes a “public authority” for the purposes of Freedom of Information and will be subject to FOISA from 11th November 2019.
