Emergency Repairs
If you need an emergency repair carried out outside of office hours, you can call us at weekends, public holidays or after 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will aim to get someone out to you as soon as possible.

Examples of emergency repairs are fire, flooding/leaks that can’t be contained, break-in, no heating, no hot water, blocked toilet if only one in house, vandalised or broken windows.
Where possible the contractor will fix and complete any jobs on site, however some repairs will only be made safe and follow-up work will be carried out as necessary.
PLEASE NOTE:
Residents who use the emergency repair service for a repair that could have been carried out during normal working hours, or repairs that are their responsibility, will be charged for the full cost of the call out.
IMPORTANT:
Gas leaks should always be reported to the National Grid on 0800 111 999 at any time of the day or night.
