Milnbank Housing Associations properties are based in the Dennistoun/Haghill area in the East End of Glasgow - a popular and desirable area to live and work.

Our community is conveniently located close to the city centre, to shopping centres, further and higher education colleges and universities, hospitals, transport links, sports facilities, parks and other civic amenities.

A breakdown of our stock is as follows:

Mainstream

The majority of our stock is general mainstream flats, with a small number of houses. This accommodation ranges in size from one bedroom to a small number of 4 bedrooms. We allocate vacant homes within this category from the main housing lists. 

Wheelchair Housing

We have a few adapted properties. Only applicants who can clearly demonstrate the need for adapted housing and have medical verification will be selected for these properties.

Adapted Accommodation

We also have a small provision of accommodation with specialised features (medically adapted flats). These will be allocated to applicants according to their housing needs
