Milnbank Community Enterprises; a subsidiary company of Milnbank Housing Association, is pleased to offer a window cleaning service or a stair cleaning service to residents.
Window cleaning is conducted on a 4-weekly cycle, and prices vary dependent on apartment size:
- £4 for a 2-apartment
- £5 for a 3-apartment
- £6 for a 4-apartment
Stair Cleaning is conducted dependant on the number on the landing, that is, if 2 flats on one landing, this will be a forthnightly service for each resident. If there are 3 on a landing, a service would be provided every 3rd week, etc.
Each clean only costs £2.50 and can be paid in advance, directly to the stair cleaners or in the office.
