Milnbank Community Enterprise is a subsidiary company of Milnbank Housing Association, a Community Based Housing Association operating within the Dennistoun area of Glasgow. Milnbank Community Enterprise is looking to recruit the following post:

STAIR CLEANER

12 HOURS PER WEEK   

Wednesday & Thursday 9am-4pm

Fixed Term Contract for 1 year

(SALARY £7.17 per hour)

The main duties of this post will include:

-   To assist in meeting the objectives of the Enterprise Company in that wider action activities are actively promoted within the community 

-      Brush, clear, wash closes and stairs in accordance with the property schedule

-      Collect payment from residents who use this service 

-      Complying with all company policies & procedures in particular those relating to Health & Safety. 

No previous stair cleaning experience is required. We are looking for a motivated person who is reliable, willing to be flexible and would enjoy working within our community.
