Development and Newbuild

• Todd/Ledaig Street
  Councillor Patricia Chalmers formally opened the newbuild development at 206 Todd Street / 1 Ledaig Street on Thursday 9th September 2004.
• Great Eastern Hotel
  Former Great Eastern Hotel proposal allows for the conversion of the building into flats for sale with new housing being built on the land to the rear of the premises, which Milnbank Housing Association will provide for rent.
• Cathedral Square
  A new build project with a mixture of amenity and general needs flats.
