Repair Reporting
Repairs may be reported by e-mail, in writing, by telephone or by visiting our Office. Please see our Reporting Your Repair page.
Emergency Repairs
An Emergency Repair is a repair required to remove a risk to heath, safety or security or where delay could result in significant damage to the property. All emergency Repairs will receive attention within 3 hours of the Association receiving the repair request.
Photocopying Service
Free photocopying for residents (within reason, of course!) is available from the office.
CCTV
CCTV has been installed to four of our areas (excludes Cathedral Square). This system acts as a deterrent against crime and to ease residents anxieties against the fear of crime.
Window Cleaning
The Association provides a window cleaning service whereby all common landing windows and close doors will be washed once a month.
Landscape Maintenance

The Association provides a grass cutting service for all backcourts and common grassed areas.
Gardens
The Association will provide a grass cutting service to all front gardens.Tenants are encouraged to tend to other aspects of gardens themselves.
Home Visits
The Association recognises that a number of our tenants have limited mobility and in view of this we offer a house visiting service whereby our Housing Staff will call to your home to give assistance in form filling, note repairs or simply just to chat. If you would like a home visit, please contact our Housing Staff.
Community Hall
Provision of a Community Hall for dances, parties etc. available at very competitive charges. Please see our Community Hall page.
Rent / Factoring Allpay Payment Cards
For easier methods of paying rent and factoring follow our 4 easy steps or contact a member of the Housing Management Service team on 0141-551-8131 who will answer any questions on our online payment service.
For Owner Occupiers
No charge on common repairs under the value of £20. Feu duties and ground burdens will be redeemed on a phased basis. No recharges made for Door Entry System provision. Reduced building insurance premium.
