Aims & Objectives

AIM

The aim of Milnbank Property Services is to actively promote and provide a comprehensive and high quality property management service which offers value for money for owners within MHA’s area of operation.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

To achieve this aim, Milnbank Property Services shall:

Implement and work to the contents of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company

Contribute to the wider MHA strategic objective to:

(1)Provide property management services that are of a high standard, 
affordable, and good value for money for factoring owners through:

Excellent property management services (MHA KPIs, satisfaction data, Charter Indicators)

MHA provides good quality neighbourhoods that are well maintenance.

(2)Maximise the contribution that MHA and our subsidiaries make to the well-
being of our community through:

MHA sets appropriate group objectives through the Group Mission Statement

MHA provides effective strategic leadership of the two subsidiary companies

MHA actively manages any risks associated with the subsidiaries’ work

Ensure that MPS remains financially independent and viable at all times.

Work in partnership with relevant bodies to seek advice to enable the Board Members to make informed decisions.

As appropriate and relevant, consult with owners prior to introducing new ventures.
