Corporate Services

Corporate Services incorporates Customer Services, Governance, HR and IT. Other than the Customer Services, this function provides internal assistance to all staff to ensure that our service delivery can be achieved.

Customer Services

Our Customer Services staff are based at the Association ‘s reception area and are charged with providing all our customers – tenants, owners and visitors to the office – with a high level of customer care.


Governance ensures that the Association’s strategic objectives of meeting housing and related needs within the community and providing our tenants and other customers with an excellent service are met.


Human Resources is the management of the Association’s employees. The Management Committee monitors staff performance, training and development and all general aspects of employment on a regular basis.


As IT continues to develop the Association endeavours to communicate with residents via email, mobiles and text. Please see ‘Contact Us’ on our website to assist with electronically contacting us.



We are committed to providing a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service including 24 hour emergency cover.
